Side events are unofficial gatherings organized independently by conference attendees who wish to host a meetup or get-togethers during WP Suomi. While the organizers of these events agree to follow the Code of Conduct, the official WP Suomi team is not involved in their planning or execution.
Submit side event
Would you like to organize a side event during WP Suomi?
We’ll review all submitted side event proposals and publish those that are approved. To be approved, your event should be open and accessible to all WP Suomi participants and help foster community and connection. The event must be held between October 15-17, 2026. Thursday after working hours, Friday 5-8pm between actual main event and the after-party, and Saturday are good times to organize an side event. All side events are expected to follow the Code of Conduct.
