We’re looking for passionate speakers for this year’s conference, held in Oulu. Join us to share your knowledge, gain new insights, and be part of an inspiring community.
As a speaker, you’re free to choose any topic you’re passionate about. The only restriction: no sales pitches or promotional talks.
The event will feature one main track and a dedicated workshop area for small groups of up to 40 participants. Talks can range from 15 to 45 minutes, workshops 45 minutes – 1 hour 30 minutes. All sessions will be held in English.

Please submit no more than three proposals. While multiple submissions aren’t required, they may improve your chances.
Your talk title, description, and short bio will be copied as-is. The A/V Release Form will be sent after your application via E-Mail.
Tips for a great speaker application:
- Use your full name (first and last).
- Choose a clear, descriptive title – avoid overly clever ones that obscure the topic.
- Write a detailed session description. Vague or incomplete descriptions may not be considered. Explain what attendees will learn or gain.
- Submit your title, description, and bio in the third person, as if for publication.
- Talks must be directly related to WordPress or highly relevant to the WP Suomi audience.

The review and selection process for speaker applications is anonymous. Selection is primarily based on relevance to the topic and presentation length, with an emphasis on curating a diverse range of talks.
